How does the cost compare to a Raleigh hotel?

Cost depends on dates, home size, hotel availability, taxes, and parking.

Compare the full stay: Request a written CFR quote, then compare it with a hotel quote for the same dates and occupancy.

The CFR value: Our homes can include multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, and private laundry. A kitchen may also reduce dining costs, depending on your routine.

What is included in a weekly rental?

Full Kitchen: Full-sized refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and utensils.
Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer (free to use, no coins required).
Utilities: All power, water, and high-speed internet are active upon arrival.
Linens: Hotel-quality sheets and triple-sheeted comforters (laundered between every stay).

Do you allow weekly extensions?

If your house repairs are delayed or your contract is extended, you can extend your stay week-by-week (subject to availability). We simply ask for communication so we can block the dates for you before they are released to the public.
