Schools, Routines, and Space

Cary and Apex offer suburban neighborhoods, greenways, community amenities, and access to Wake County public schools. Families should verify school assignment, enrollment rules, commute time, and neighborhood fit for the exact address they are considering.

Carolina Furnished Rentals (CFR) specializes in large, single-family homes in these neighborhoods. Unlike cramped apartments, our properties in Cary and Apex are designed for families who need 2,000+ square feet, multiple bathrooms, and a backyard for the dog.

Why Choose Cary or Apex?

These towns are designed for livability.

How should I research schools before choosing a home?

Start with the exact property address and Wake County Public School System's official assignment tools.

Assignments, calendars, caps, and enrollment documentation can change. A school name near a home does not guarantee attendance.

The CFR role: We can provide a signed rental agreement for an accepted reservation. The district alone decides whether that document satisfies its residency and enrollment requirements.

How close is the commute to RTP?

Cary sits south of Research Triangle Park, but drive time varies by the home's exact address, employer campus, time of day, and road conditions.

Before booking: Check the route at the hours you expect to commute. We can confirm a property's address and nearby road access, but we do not promise a travel time.

Family Logistics

Do you allow pets in these family homes?

Yes. We know that for families in crisis (fire/flood) or transition, the dog is part of the package.

Fenced Yards: Many homes in our Cary/Apex inventory, including Mint Hill Drive, feature private yards. This is a major upgrade over “pet-friendly” hotels where you have to walk the dog through a lobby at 11 PM.

How should I evaluate a neighborhood?

Neighborhood conditions and personal comfort are individual and can change over time; CFR does not make safety guarantees.

Review the exact address, visit at the times you expect to be there, and consult current municipal, transportation, and school-district sources before booking.
