It has been one of the smartest and most rewarding decisions I’ve made as a property owner. I originally had self managed my property as as a long-term rental, but the returns just weren’t cutting it and managing everything felt like a chore.   Alex and his entire team are great to work with. We rented 2 different houses with them over a period of 5 months and had great experiences. Furnishings are top notch and the ability to have all utilities including Internet available as soon as you move in is very helpful. Any issues with the property are quickly addressed and Alex is always just a text away for any thing you need or have questions on. Would highly recommend if you need temporary housing in the area.
