I've been partnering with Amanda and Alex, the founders of Carolina Furnished Rentals, for several years now. It has been one of the smartest and most rewarding decisions I’ve made as a property owner. I originally had self managed my property as as a long-term rental, but the returns just weren’t cutting it and managing everything felt like a chore. Since transitioning to mid-term rentals and partnering with the Carolina Furnished Rentals team, I'm seeing better cash flow and rents always paid on time, without all the headaches and drama associated with being a landlord.

Amanda and Alex handle everything from setup and furnishing, marketing, guest communication, property care, and even relationships with temporary housing agencies. The guests they place are respectful, professional and often come through corporate or relocation channels they've spent years cultivating. I really like the fact that the house gets inspected regularly, the yard is maintained, and the home is professionally cleaned each time a guest leaves before the next guest arrives. This ensures that the property is always in tip-top shape. I hope not to ever sell, but if I were ever in a situation where I have to, I can rest easy knowing that the property is always "move-in ready".

It’s truly hands-off for me, and I love that my home is in great hands while generating income that beats both LTR and STR models. If you're a property owner looking for a smarter way to get the most out of your investment with minimal effort, I highly recommend working with Amanda, Alex and their team. This is as close to passive real-estate investing as you can get.

Alex and his entire team are great to work with. We rented 2 different houses with them over a period of 5 months and had great experiences. Furnishings are top notch and the ability to have all utilities including Internet available as soon as you move in is very helpful. Any issues with the property are quickly addressed and Alex is always just a text away for any thing you need or have questions on. Would highly recommend if you need temporary housing in the area.
